That's great.  I didn't see any mention on the page, but it'd be
really swell if the BBC were to help out with the testing that needs
to be done.  They probably have sufficient resources to do it, if they
decide to, and it would be a win-win for both sides, because the BBC
wouldn't have to license MP3, but also would get a pretty sizable
discount on development.  The Ogg team, would, of course get the
rigorous heavy-lifting they need.  Does anyone know if this is part of the
BBC's idea, or not?
