 Ah, the SS2, AKA "the boat anchor." ;)
 LARTs don't necessarily *need* to be blunt or heavy, they just tend to
be.  For example, the PR-24 I had at the installfest is made from
polycarbonate; it's quite lightweight.
 (If you need to ask what a PR-24 is, you probably don't want to know.)
