I agree.  The TCLUG seems to stand on its own 2 feet just fine, and the 
reasoning for a "relationship" with TCPC is somewhat unclear.  I think it 
would be great to have an unformal relationship: the casual mixing of 
information and members, but they should remain two seperate entities.
