Unfortunately it's not a 'Standard', it's Olympus's proprietary format.

Your best bet might be running their application in wine, otherwise it looks
like you're stuck doing it on a windows machine.

You could also try shooting off an email to one of the XMMS mailing lists
to see if someone is interested in reverse engineering it =)
