I'm looking to start a thread on games for linux. Believe it or not, people do not think there are games for linux. And for some reason that is a determent to linux on the desktop. I'm not talking DiabloII, or Starcraft, I'm talking the productivity-reducing :-) games like solitare and mindsweeper. Last night on irc I got introduced to frozen-bubble, pretty addictive 2-D game writtin in perl. I was blown away by the quality of the game and shocked to find out it was written in perl. Any other "gems" out there like frozen-bubble?
