This article says IIS is more functional then Apache.

My first reaction as an avid Linux and Apache was to say the statement is full
of crap.

-BUT-

I can honestly say I have never setup IIS, and only have had the basics in
administration with IIS (Amy always did the IIS admin :-P )

So, what functionality does IIS have that Apache does not have?
