The best virtual desktop for windows is JSPager.  I don't have a URL right
now, search for it.  All other ones I've tried are either unstable, take a
ton of memory, or work fine except don't have edge flipping.  JSPager is
small, fast, has themes, edge flipping, and you can configure how many
desktops you have.
