I should have just guessed: 1) Maybe your mozilla client is doing some authentication that sendmail (on your box) is not configured to do. 2) Maybe the servers you use need to be successfully POPed or IMAPed recently from your IP address before accepting SMTP mail from that address. Sometime these problems are difficult to grind down, but you are/were doing a pretty good job. Good luck, Troy
