Looking at the RJ45 with the flat-side up, end pointing away from you,
for 10/100Base-T it should be: white-orange, orange, white-green, blue,
white-blue, green, white-brown, brown.

Crossovers are a little more tricky, but since you don't need a
crossover w/the uplink port, I'll spare you the confusion.
