I would probally end up asking some of these questions, write it up in a
contract, perhaps offer 2 or 3 tiers of 'service' (one 24x7, one
8hr/day, one less than that) and offer rates based on your inconvience.
Make sure you feel like your being compensated for your work.

I dont know what going rates are for the levels of service you can
provide, however.
