Ok, with BSD or Linux on a box with the Asus TUSL2-C motherboard, I'm having
a problem...

When I turn the box on, it boots just fine, but if I do a "reboot" or
"shutdown -r now", the box will hang before it posts again and some little
alarm on the motherboard will start beeping. It then requires a power off
to work correctly again.

However, if I do a "shutdown -h now" and then a ctrl-alt-del, it boots just
fine. Everything works fine with windows on it. Does anyone know of any
reason why a motherboard would not come back during a soft reboot?
