I'll just say it for the sake of saying it.  My brother had one partition
go totally nuts with XFS.  He had a lot of MP3s (and other music) on it,
and the songs were still there, but the parts of the files ended up
out-of-order.  One song would suddenly transition to another song.  Very
strange.

Then again, you might have great luck with XFS, and my brother is the only
person I know who had trouble with it...
