I am setting up Request Tracker, but having a problem.

I set up an alias in /etc/aliases as follows:

rt-comment: "|/path/to/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general --action comment"
rt:         "|/path/to/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general --action correspond"

I also set up a symbolic link in /etc/smrsh as follows:

/opt/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate


Here is the returned mail error:
