I use:

send-hook '~t tclug.*@mn-linux.org' my_hdr From: Dan Drake <drake+tclug at lemongecko.org> 
send-hook '~t tclug.*@mn-linux.org' set signature="~/.signature-tclug"

(two lines). There might be something else you need, but I'm pretty sure
that will do it.
