Andy,

We're you formerly "close" to qualifying for DSL and finally "became"
qualified?  Did you move?  Did you sign up for a list of newly qualifying
people in your service area?  What is your "qualifying area"?

BTW, I currently have IDSL (with Real-Time as my ISP providing a GREAT TCLUG
discount!!!) and would someday like to qualify for "nice" DSL ( > 144 Kbps )
!!!
