I'm getting a new, replacement harddrive for my laptop and I think I remember seeing some kind of "thing" that allowed you to duplicate the data from the old harddrive to the new one, so you don't have to re-install everything. Does anyone know what the "thing" is called? And do they actually work? thanks, Jacque
