I had a problem with LookOut and I needed to reinstall, but Micro$oft was convinced that I was too dumb to install it myself and Micro$oft had to do it with their script. Their script didn't work. So, I switchrd to Eudora Pro 4, it was superior to LookOut in every way, and I haven't looked back since. -Brian
