Actually, once you get qmail installed, ezmlm is pretty easy.  Qmail tends
to be the annoying piece since you can't use ezmlm with anything else.

Log in as the user "tclug", follow the generic ezmlm-make command in the
ezmlm faq to make the list tclug-list, and load your addresses from mailman
into it with something like "cat addresses.txt | xargs --max-args 20
ezmlm-sub ~/list"

And it's ready to go.
