You don't have any errors on the internal interface, but the external one
has a bunch of transmit errors.  But you said you were getting packet loss
from your windows boxes to the 192.168.0.1 address? hrm...

What kind of network cards do you have?  

Maybe your hub/switch bit the dust...  Do you have another one you can swap
in to see?
