I would recommend TranMicro.

I built a friend of mine a computer about 6 months ago for about $1400 after
tax.

Case 400W power supply.
AMD Athlon 200MHz FSB 1000GHz CPU
64MB DDR GeForce 2 (Creative)
Sound Blaster Live Gamer
Teac CDRW 8x
Pioneer DVD 12x
ASUS K7T Motherboard
256MB Micron PC133

These guys put the computer together right in front of us in about 15
minutes or so.  I fully expected to be doing that myself.  I think they beat
General Nanosystems for both selection, ability to browse and overall
friendliness.
