I think Delphi is the Win32 version and you have to have both to be able to
produce binaries for both platforms, but if you use the CLX components it's
source code compatible.

Doubt it would help as it does phone home.

I have fond memories of Turbo Pascal but I really feel like for what I need
to do (crossplatform clients for small databases) my time and money would
probably be better spent with figuring out Python GUI's.
