I'll throw in a plug for webmin. I use it in the lab on anything it'll run. 
This includes AIX if I can get it to work. 

Disclaimer: I use it mostly  on systems with no direct connection to the 
Internet. 

That said, I think there is a qmail module, but since I don't use qmail at 
this point I'm not sure.
