It's been a few months since I had to get over there, but the best bet for parking is in the 4th Street ramp right next to the CS building. Looking at the Parking website (http://www1.umn.edu/parking/) the weekend rate is $4.25. There are meters along Washington Avenue a couple blocks East of the CS building but they are usually filled.
