Call them and have them check again.  Many times I have called Qwest about 
line qualification (I work for an ISP) and they just dont give the right 
info.  Maybe they dont want to work...  maybe they dont know how to do their 
job.  Whatever the reason, try calling again until you get the answer you 
want.
