Looks like the perms on your database are wrong. You probably had them setup for
SELECT, DROP, etc access via the old hostname.

Do a GRANT <perms> ON <database>.* TO <user>@<domain> 

And if you are using passwords, then

UPDATE user SET PAssword=PASSWORD('<password>') WHERE user='<user>'

I know there is a way to do this all in the GRANT, but I forget.
