When I'm trying to run make all

make[1]: cc: Command not found

I'm assuming it's defaulting to trying cc since it can't find gcc.  Either
way, neither of those commands appear to be defined.  My PATH looks okay,
but I think the links to the commands are missing?  But I am only making
lots of guesses...
