How about those 8cm business card CD-R's?  I think they hold 100MB of crap
or so.  Stick your key, a digital pic, and other stuff on it.  Put an
index.html on it so whoever you give it to has a nice little interface to
look at your info, and it'll be platform independent.  Or you could just
make it reformat their windows drive and install linux.  :)
