I have Mediaone and will attest to the fact that at times my connection is
slow. Also I can attest to the fact that they are monitoring my connection
right now. I got the Ramen Noodle worm When it went looking for other
computers to infect, that probably raised a few eyebrows at Mediaone, I have
read that the Noodles search consumes larges amount of bandwidth. So
mediaone sent me an e-mail that they are watching my connection for abuse.

I just use my server for learning, I don't plan on using it for anything big
or anything that depends 100% on a connection because Mediaone can change my
IP address at anytime.

Mediaone servers my needs at this time.

As well as a good view of what your neighbor is looking at should you have
