all get a copy of every email sent to the list.  If you're not replying
to a direct quote, DON'T QUOTE!

It's really simple.  Go into your favorite email client and specify
DON'T INCLUDE QUOTE BY DEFAULT.  I'm getting highly motivated to start
scoring emails based on Noise:Line ratio; destination: /dev/null.
