Well, for anyone that's been dying for a local FreeBSD mirror, there's already at least one that I know of ftp://ftp.visi.com/pub/FreeBSD/ and for cvsup cvsup-freebsd.geeks.org I'm pretty sure that Qwest also has a FreeBSD mirror, but I can't recall the hostname, as well as a cvsup mirror: cvsup9.freebsd.org.
