Even that depends for me.  To me, if we are talking the difference between
$150 and $190 [locally], I will buy local if the priority of the component
is high enough.

Video Card -- no big deal, I will put in a old one, and wait for the
turnaround time.  If the CPU or MB goes, I want to replace it now.  So, I
can't wait for the time it takes to mail it off and wait for the new one.
Locally, I just bring it back and get a new one.
