Don't waste time calling.  Use the web site.  Go to
help.broadband.att.com with a Java-enabled browser and use the chat
applet to talk with a support agent.  They can handle reprovisioning
your cable modem.  Be sure to have the new NIC's MAC address, the MAC
address of your cable modem, and the serial number of your cable modem.
