Well ya gotta admit, >=18770 char password with 30689 changes between reuse is pretty secure. Also:

"Note that the number of required characters changes from 17,145 to 18,770 with the installation of SP1."

So SP1 is improving security. That ought to help clean up the Code Red black eye.
