Kernel headers are in the kernel-header-<kernel_version>.rpm.  Do 

rpm -qa | grep kernel

to see which kernel packages you have.  IIRC, the kernel headers are
installed by default, but it couild depend on which "installation" you
choose when you do the install (e.g. workstation, server, devel
workstation, etc.)
