They are having major problems with a redback router in Chicago. Seems all
the local connectivity goes through that router. It has been giving me
major trouble about once a week for the last month. Throughput drops to 10%
and stalls constantly. I have a history of trouble tickets with them and
they don't replace it. I suppose I will have to replace them. They have 24
hours before I declare breach of contract (they asked me to give them 24-36
hours). How hard is it to fix a single router anyway?
