I live on Blaisdell Ave. (one block west of Nicollet), between 37th
and 38th streets.  Trust me, this is *not* a high income area.  It was
the very last Minneapolis area to get ISDN availability -- and got DSL
early.  And I can get anything up to at least 1 meg both ways.
