I believe it was gofast.net that blew the whistle about their anti-trust
ISDN practices (and only installing in upper-class areas).  I also believe
it was another local ISP named Sihope that filed the affidavit with the
state about their DSL roll-out before the tarrif was approved.  They were
offering DSL before any ISP's could offer it - basically USWest.net got
to jump the gun because of their relationship with the ILEC.  The same day
the story ran in the paper a bunch of our lines were disconnected for a
few hours, no explanation from Interprise ("we don't know what happened,
they just started working again!").
