I have a cisco contract so I can download the latest and greatest from their
site.  

Maybe it was section 6 that wasn't supposed to be erased, it was the highest
numbered one, and their document incorrectly instructed to erase it.

Where did you find 2.3.5?

THe only thing that I could find last weekend was 2.2.0 on qwests 
website.
