I heard that microsoft made some modifications to hotmail to make it look
like it was running windows 2000, even though it's still running Unix.

There's some interesting stuff I could tell you about MS, but I think I'd
get in trouble. :)

Hey that netcraft thing is neat.
www.ringworld.org is running Apache/1.3.12 (Unix) Debian/GNU PHP/4.0.2
mod_ssl/2.6.4 OpenSSL/0.9.4 mod_perl/1.24 on Linux

www.cnn.com is running Netscape-Enterprise/4.1 on Solaris 2/7
www.sun.com is running Netscape-Enterprise/3.6 on Solaris 2/7
Netscape-Enterprise is also being used by BMW, Dilbert, Playboy, Sybase,
Ferrari, and Walt Disney.

www.ebay.com is running Microsoft-IIS/4.0 on NT4 or Windows 98
www.hotmail.com is running Microsoft-IIS/5.0 on Windows 2000

www.amazon.com is running Stronghold/2.4.2 Apache/1.3.6 C2NetEU/2412 (Unix)
on Linux
(someone had to find a somewhat redeming quality somewhere, right?)

www.ibm.com is running IBM-Planetwide/10.45 Domino-Go-Webserver/4.6 on AIX
www.wal-mart.com is running Netscape-Enterprise/3.6 SP2 on HP-UX
www.sgi.com is running Netscape-Enterprise/3.6 SP3 on IRIX

www.redhat.com is running Apache/1.3.12 (Unix) (Red Hat/Linux) mod_ssl/2.6.6
OpenSSL/0.9.5a on Linux
www.freebsd.org is running Apache/1.3.x (Unix) on FreeBSD
www.netbad.com is running Apache/1.2.6 FrontPage/3.0.4 on BSD/OS

Here's a kicker though:
www.openbsd.org is running Apache/1.3.12 (Unix) PHP/3.0.15 mod_perl/1.21 on
Solaris 2/7

Fun toy...
