NetSol is horrible to work with.  

We had to deal with them about a month ago.
I think the best thing to do is call them like Jason said.
Just put it on speaker phone and wait it out, eventually 
someone answers.  The problem is, way too often the person
that answers doesn't have a clue.  Once in a while you get
someone that knows something.

Do you have to use NetSol for this?  I'm assuming you do cause
you would have switched registrars by now if you could, I'm sure.
