I would personally run, and find a place like voxel.net with people who
*know* linux and they hook right into frontier's globalcenter location.

donate some profits to GPL stuff and they offer a 30-day trial.

I dont know if they do colocates tho. dont see it on the page, but so
far the person i have spoke with over there via irc seems to know whats
going on very well.
