"Hide real address of sender" is reply-to-list on steroids; it leaves you
with no way to tell who sent a message.  "Show member addresses so they're
not recognizable as email addresses" lightly mungs addresses which are
displayed in member lists - it doesn't even get the sender header in the
archives.  Neither one will touch addresses embedded in the body of a
message.
