you should probably look around, (meening, i don't know where it is, but i
saw it once) for a relay-after-pop sendmail addon, so that your email
clients must connect via pop before they send mail.. You could also do
things the "right" way and force users to use their local ISP's SMTP, you
shouldn't need to SMTP relay for pop users, SMTP relay should be done at
their ISP.
