I'm wondering if I've misinterpreted what `reserved space' means with
regard to ext2 and similar filesystems.  Does this mean `anyone with
write access can add stuff until N% is remaining, wheno only root can
write to the disk' or just `N% is reserved for root'.  I suppose it's
closer to the former..
