ApplixWare.. Really, check it out, so far it has been totally worth the $70
price tag. As far as Koffice goes, keep in mind that it's still pre-beta.
(kword version = pre-beta1) But, it looks functional. I just toyed with it
for a moment. 

Right now ApplixWare 5.0 seems to be the best choice. Koffice is next in
line. Star/Open/Gnome Office is getting there, but they'll be the last to
throw their weight around in this arena. I know that we recommend agnist
StarOffice on the LTSP ( http://www.lstp.org ) due to it's large memory
footprint. 

Really, check out ApplixWare 5.0 (I picked up my copy at CompUSA for around
$70). It uses GTK so it will look great with GNOME, and looks OK with KDE2.
