Makes sense, but I doubt it.  My old case had a total of .5 fans (I consider
the processor fan .5 fan because I don't think it worked all the time) and
my new one has 2.5, including a 4" 85 cfm fan placed on the front of the
case, blowing air onto the motherboard from the outside.  I also have some
of my 5.25" bay covers removed at the top, so I know hot air isn't getting
trapped inside.  I've been concerned with cooling in the past, but I feel a
lot better about it now.  I'm thinking of throwing in my old PS tonight and
seeing if it gets better.
