Often, after an approval happens, the message disappears into the abyss
(mailman 1.1).  I don't know why.  This seems to happen on my list when
there is an MIME attachment.  It does end up in the archive, but it never
gets mailed.   When 2.0 comes out, I can only hope this is fixed.
