A friend and I were thinking about starting up a hosting/development
service with JSP/Servlets - we were wondering if there would be a decent
demand for something like that?  What do you all think?

Internet Exposure uses JSP...I don't know how friendly they are towards
people that want to develop their own stuff though.

I believe http://www.iexposure.com/ would be their website.
