I am the executive director of a new non-profit oraganization called NoPAK (Network of Professional Adopted Koreans). We have a start on our website but need some help from a crack PHP programmer. We are hosted by lunarpages.com at this time and leverage vBulletin. We are looking for someone to create vBulletin modules and/or a stand alone application much like what you can find at facebook.com. We have custom requirements.
