Both Linux (the server) and Windows (the client) experience are required per
the following:

Primary Abilities:
- Maintain and write new code for Linux in Python, C, and SQL 
- Maintain and write new code for Windows in C# and .NET 
- Use and create internal tools to aid development 
- Administer Linux machines running PostgreSQL 
 
Secondary Abilities:
- SNMP, CORBA, and XML-RPC 
- Server hardware system configuration 
- GIS (Geographic Information Systems) 
- Telecommunications infrastructures 
- Distributed architecture IP Networking

- immediately deliver the Primary functions, and
- learn the Secondary needs, and
